LMFT, PMH-C

Does your day go something like this? Get up, get ready, get the kids dressed, household chores, exercise, work, eat, more chores, schoolwork, play with the kids, eat, sleep…task after task after task? And maybe throw in a self-help book, or at least glance at it over on your nightstand?

Work and parenting take up most of everyday, and it can start to feel like chaos. Do you ever just need a moment to breathe? Maybe even a place to vent, to find clarity, to discover a happier you?

You’re in the right place.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Kelly, and I support women, mothers, BIPOC and couples who crave a healthier way of life.

I give them the tools to facilitate wellness in exactly the way they need, a place to release the hurt and grow into something better. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Southern California and certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, I use the therapeutic approach that best fits your personality to help you find renewed purpose and perspective. I hold a master’s degree from Hope International University, am certified in Prepare/Enrich—a comprehensive program used in couples’ therapy—and am fluent in Spanish. I believe in transparency, humility and humor, so that is what you will find in our sessions.

I am a wife and a mom, and first generation Colombian-American which means I know firsthand how valuable the right support and resources can be. I entered the mental health field to help others find healing, too. I believe in you and I know you have what it takes, even if you don’t see it yet.

Hear it from others:

“I’ve tried confiding in friends or leaders, talking to parents or pastors. It’s not nearly the same as talking to a therapist.”
“Therapy is a place where you can not only vent but grow to overcome and continue living life.”
